feat: auto-link URLs in chat messages

- Add reaction display (emoji + user) below each message bubble
- Move sentinel/loading/end elements inside scrollable chat container
- Use chatBox as IntersectionObserver root for proper scroll detection
- Increase chat container max-height to 600px
