release v0.3.3

Fix Windows Terminal mode issues.

- Fix split direction: use -H for top/bottom layout (opposite of tmux)
- Fix command quoting: use cmd /c to avoid Windows file-not-found errors
- Remove confusing tmux session closed message in wt mode
