Consolidate all moonweb.org sites under www.moonweb.org

- Migrate timecapsule (old www.moonweb.org) into monorepo as Eleventy 2.x site
- Change all site URLs from subdomains to subdirectories under www.moonweb.org
- Replace Cloudflare Pages deployment with IONOS SFTP
- Update site-switcher, footer, and all internal links
- Add merge script for combining all sites into single deployment
- Update CI/CD workflow for IONOS SFTP deployment
- Update stefankoelle.de references to use new URLs
- Update AGENTS.md and README.md documentation

+## The design relaunch (1.5.2001)
+
+Many people ask me about the reason for <b>moonweb.org</b>. During my studies, I started to think <b>more globally</b>. I already had
+some contacts through Fidonet, but serious networking and communication started with the internet. The first step was to build up
+an <b>internet brand</b>, and I started with the first planets.org webpages. I quickly realized an internet brand has to have
+its <b>own domain</b>. As everyone can expect, planets.org was already taken, and after sleepless nights, <b>moonweb.org</b>
+became the domain of the moment.

+<b>So why have I relaunched the design of this domain?</b>
+Sure, there has not been much activity in the last two years on moonweb.org, but the main reason to update this page was
+to collect all the projects and products we created over the past 10 years and document them on this webpage.

+Yes, and I hope there are still more to come. Stay tuned.
