Windows Terminal maximized mode and quit keybinding fixes.

- Change wt -F (fullscreen) to wt -M (maximized) — keeps titlebar and taskbar visible
- Use DisableQuitKeybindings() in wt mode to fully disable q and ctrl+c in panel
- Hide help text in wt mode to remove visible 'q quit' hint
