Replace ' — ' with ', ' across 40 files. Hyphens (-) untouched.
timecapsule, stefankoelle, LICENSE, CSS comments left as-is.

stefankoelle a5b4a20895 Separate build outputs: moonweb -> dist/moonweb/, stefankoelle -> dist/stefankoelle/ 
- eleventy.config.js: output to dist/moonweb/ (was dist/)
- build-deploy-moonweb.yml: deploy from dist/moonweb/
- package.json: timecapsule copies to dist/moonweb/timecapsule/
- Rename prebuild -> prebuild:cv to prevent npm lifecycle hook from
  running before build (build-pdf.sh was contaminating dist/ with
  stefankoelle output)

stefankoelle 9ffbadb3db Update all documentation for consolidated www.moonweb.org structure 
- AGENTS.md: new file structure, single config, correct commands
- README.md: updated architecture, project structure, CI/CD docs
- SPEC.md: updated sitemap, design system, repository structure, tech stack
- PLAN.md: completed migration phases, remaining items
- TODO.md: current status, completed tasks, remaining items

stefankoelle 466df3bd04 Consolidate all moonweb.org sites under www.moonweb.org 
- Migrate timecapsule (old www.moonweb.org) into monorepo as Eleventy 2.x site
- Change all site URLs from subdomains to subdirectories under www.moonweb.org
- Replace Cloudflare Pages deployment with IONOS SFTP
- Update site-switcher, footer, and all internal links
- Add merge script for combining all sites into single deployment
- Update CI/CD workflow for IONOS SFTP deployment
- Update stefankoelle.de references to use new URLs
- Update AGENTS.md and README.md documentation
